Just a quick update. Sorry ass DHL delivered my package four hours from my house at some random address I guess. so it looks like I will call my Layer in the morning to see if I can't get shit started. ALso the solder mask was sent to another city for some reason and still hasn't been delivered like as of Friday. These sorry ass multi-national companies are getting worse and it seems like I am on a no delivery list Lol!

It's a miracle, They actually found the package and delivered. My solder resist even finally showed up so I will be moving forward on the electronic switching and the three channel high side board.

Here is my three channel high side test board. I was working on it today but a few parts are back ordered which sucks and will delay my tests. The high side drivers are the main BS back order stating there was some production issues. This world is going to hell in a hen basket lead by the fake Covid narrative lol!.
I am also working on the Active inductor core attaching the taps and will post a pic when finished. PS surface mount and regular solder don't mix, my 1805 SMD caps need to be redone lol!
This board above is for the the Infineon 1EDI20I12AFXUMA1 single channel high side driver. Notice the cooper pour heat dissipation on each of the VCC and VSS pins. Lets hope this one doesn't burn up lol!

I know I said I was putting the electronic switching on hold but I hurt my left knee and have to take it easy for a few days. I got bored and decided to do the last redesign on the high side board. I shit canned the SUP10250E because even though it says 375 watt the darn thing can't even do a half an amp at 150v DC continuous according to the SOA. During testing I have or want to see it visually at a slow speed so that one is out. The one in it's place is the STP46NF30 from ST Micro. The digital side heat dissipation copper pours were eliminated due to low current usage.
Here is the redesign.
This board will be for the Skyworks Si8271BBD-IS single channel high side driver. The board above was created with DipTrace 4.3.0.4 and they were nice enough to give me a free 1000 pin upgrade registration code.

I am also thinking of working with the Skyworks Si8275BBD-IS1 which is a duel channel that can be set up to run two high side channels. If it works out I can save over 60 dollars on the high side driver cost purchasing only 30 IC's in stead of 60 single channel IC's. This will give me 8 IC's per high side driver board. Research is really expensive now a days now that the power elite has everything screwed up.

Have contacted Infinion and SkyWorks again with regards to issues I have had with their drivers. Hopefully I can get some some good advice that allows me to move forward with the electronic version.
